VIETNAM SHRIMP STRONG GROWTH IN THE US MARKET

In 2014, a stronger US dollar compared to other currencies with improved economy helped boost imports of shrimp to this market. The first 11 months of 2014, Vietnam imported shrimp to the US increased 47.15% in value and 28.7% in volume and is the country with the highest growth rate among 5 largest supply of shrimp to the US.
